This is not a cookie cutter role. We need you to be a leader and a team player, collaborating with strategy, user experience, creative and technology folks and – most importantly – our clients, to create some amazing work. You’ll work across all mediums. Every day is different and you’ll have to get comfortable with being slightly uncomfortable.

The Director / Senior Director, Digital Strategy role is highly visible and focuses on expanding and selling work as well as account leadership of a highly digital property/client.
  • Developing trusted, long-term relationships with key client contacts and executives
  • Successfully managing multiple and/or complex digital transformation projects at one or more clients
  • Ensuring meaningful client value is delivered through a strong mix of best-practices solutions, skills, capabilities, and original thinking.
  • Managing growth by identifying sales opportunities on existing accounts and developing newly sourced work.
  • Managing interdisciplinary teams and client staff at client site
  • Leading the execution of internal business initiatives
  • Inspiring and motivating colleagues and clients by embodying the firm’s vision, mission, values and strategy.
  • Leveraging all Sparks Grove / North Highland service lines capabilities to deliver value to the client
  • Leveraging experience and credibility in field to develop new solutions for our clients
  • Willing to travel up to 25%  
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of digital strategy experience within a professional services or agency environment
  • Practical knowledge with customer experience strategy and execution including (but not limited to) digital marketing, social media, and Omni channel
  • Experience in supporting business expansion opportunities within existing accounts and bringing on new business opportunities ($.5M to $1M)
  • Experience in managing relationships with Fortune 500 client
  • Proposal development experience including the ability to effectively sell business solutions to clients
  • Running projects and managing teams; and delivery experience driving business requirements, identifying gaps and omissions, and designing solutions
  • Success in driving and managing significant account growth for key clients
  • Experience in financial services a plus, but not required.
